Returns
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or personal preferences.
Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
To be eligible for a replacement request, you must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video starting from the sealed package until the product is fully unpacked.
- The video must clearly show that the product was damaged upon arrival.
- Submit clear photos of the damaged product along with your order details.
Important: Claims without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Once your replacement request is approved, we will provide a replacement/exchange for the same product or a similar product of equal value, subject to stock availability.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered
- Color preference
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Delay in delivery caused by the courier
- Any claim submitted without a valid unboxing video
Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged product and your claim is approved, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
The exchanged product will be shipped after our team verifies the claim.
How to Report a Damaged Product
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- A complete unboxing video
- A brief description of the issue
